Propre Pte. Ltd, OYO Corporation, and Pasco Corporation have developed a land information report for the real estate industry (condominium market data version). The report contains information useful for the condominium development sector and the second-hand condominium distribution market, describing trends in condominium vacancies and rents, as well as information on comparable properties. Online orders will be accepted on the OPx (*1) risk information platform ("OPx") website from November this year onwards. In the future, OYO, PASCO and Propre will provide new services and data types for the property market under OPx initiatives.
