3. Substantially Lower Costs By automating document retrieval, Propre Base has significantly reduced processing fees:

   Full Registry: 331 JPY per case (tax-exempt)

   Ownership Details Only: 141 JPY per case (tax-exempt)

   
   

The cost covers only the actual fees payable to the Civil Legal Affairs Association for obtaining property registration information, with no additional charges whatsoever.
