This new service gives customers access to Propre's unique data base of curated, easy-to-use property data.Getting the real estate data of a fixed range around a chosen address is as simple as clicking the Get Data button on your Excel file. The data is then shown in a separate tab of the same Excel file.

There are a variety of situations in which it can be useful, such as in verification of purchase prices, finding evidence for rent and sale price proposals, property market research, etc.The service is available free of charge for up to five times a month.

Features

• The data is displayed in the same Excel file by simply entering the address in Excel.• The data covers available data for the last one year within a range around the specified addresses.• The data includes information such as the listing date, useful to determine the liquidity of the area's property market.• The data is provided in Excel, so it can be used for customers' own analysis.

In addition, the following cumbersome procedures are not required.• Launch your browser and enter your ID and password.• Set the conditions according to the site specifications.• Download the generated data.• Copy and paste the data into a separately used Excel worksheet.
